Let's Hear This One More Time...!

We can never hear this too many times...!

In fact, each and every American should be able to repeat this by memory! I can't do that. I plan to change that very soon, and hope that more of us will try and commit this wonderful document to memory!

That's all I wanted to say! Want some fresh coffee?

Good morning Jim,

Unfortunately many of those words are long forgotten. Yes I agree they should be memorized by all of us.

have a great day!

Yup, goes good with coffee, gives me goosebumps and brings a tear to my eye. If our founding fathers could see where their dream is now...
I think I'll print it out, I can memorize it more easily that way.
Thanks for the coffee!

Yes Sir!

I am going to do it. I know parts of it, and I have been meaning to learn all of it.

Now I am!

Jim,

I used to know this by heart. When I was in Jr. High we were all required to memorize it, and recite it in front of the class.

I didn't understand the magnitude of those words back then.

I sure do now.

Hey Lydia...Let's hope that many of us are driven to read them again and even commit them to memory!

Thanks for coming by, my smiling friend!

Hey Bullseye...sure helps to jump start the old ticker, don't it?

Thanks for the visit...

Hey Maitreya...Yep, you can't help but get butterflies in the stomach when you here it. Thanks for dropping by for a cup, my friend!

Hey Albert...In my opinion, we should all be able to recite this from memory and should understand fully what is meant! I can't at this time, but I will be able to soon! I guarantee it! Thanks for the visit, my man!

Hey Catman...Funny how that works, huh? I learned it myself, but did not know the meaning then. It's a shame that it took this long for me to grasp the full meaning of these words... Thanks for coming by, buddy!

Yeah, we had to memorize this and the Constitution when I was in school. BTW-- I picked up a small notebook sized booklet in the airport awhile back at a book store. It is the Constitution and the Declaration. Real handy to carry around. Printed by the CATO Institute.

Hey OldFurt...now THAT is a good idea and handy to carry! Maybe if we all carried one, when stopped for some silly reason ands asked for some papers, we could hand them a copy of the Constitution, the Declaration, and the Bill of Rights.

Thanks for coming by!

Those are such POWERFUL words! I was thinking tonight that if every American just READ those words, our Country would change overnight!
